You are renting your reach. Time to own it.
Transform is the level where you stop paying a platform for permission to speak to your own audience. Your own app, your own notifications, your own offers — ₹60,000 a month at launch rates, three campaigns every quarter, and an audience that stays yours in between them.
Platform saturation. You pay more each year to reach fewer of your own people.
Every platform you advertise on is rented ground. You built the following. You paid for the reach. And then the auction reprices, the feed reshuffles, and speaking to the people who already like you costs more than it did last quarter. Nothing about your business got worse. The rent went up.
The numbers drift the wrong way together — cost per lead climbs, organic reach falls, and the quality of what arrives thins out. The usual answer is to raise the budget, which is precisely what a landlord expects you to do.
There is a better move, and it is not to stop advertising. Ads are still how new people find you. The move is to stop letting a rented feed be the only road to your audience.
What Transform actually changes
Advertising brings people in. Ownership keeps them. Transform hands you a direct line to everyone your campaigns have already found — an app on their phone, a notification you send yourself, an offer they see without a single rupee of media behind it. The ads keep working. They just stop being the only thing that does.
Rented reach gets dearer. Owned reach gets cheaper.
Every quarter you run purely on rented ground, the price of the same audience rises. Every quarter you run on ground you own, the cost of reaching that audience falls — because you already have their attention and you never have to buy it twice.
Everything in Growth, plus the four parts that make reach yours.
Transform keeps the whole Foundation and Growth engine running underneath — the creative, the live ad campaigns, the unbranded assets, the dashboard suite, the quarterly Lead Evolution report. On top of that sit four things you own outright rather than rent by the click.
Your own WOW Campaigns PWA
A branded app your customers install straight from a link, with no app store standing in the way. Your campaigns, your offers, your enquiry journey — sitting on their home screen.
Push notifications
A message that arrives on the phone without being bid for. No auction, no cost per impression, no algorithm deciding which of your own customers deserve to hear from you.
Frame.io approvals in real time
Every campaign asset appears the moment it is ready. You comment on the frame itself and approve in minutes, so creative stops waiting a week inside an email thread.
Access to the WOW Offers platform
Your offers placed in front of an audience already looking for them — and the door opened to commission-only sub-campaigns that cost nothing up front.
And everything that is already running underneath
- WOW Invites — AI-assisted, human-edited creative for every campaign.
- Unbranded assets — delivered ready to run wherever you choose to run them.
- Live ad campaigns managed end to end, with real media spend behind them.
- The full dashboard suite — lead performance, source, qualification and revenue in one place.
- Quarterly Lead Evolution report — what changed, what it cost, and what to do next.
- Referral rewards programme — your customers bringing you the next ones.
- Three campaigns every quarter, planned as one sequence rather than three separate pushes.
- Performance commission on closed leads, with the floor agreed in writing before you sign.
Almost half of it is spent buying you attention.
During the launch period 45% of every rupee you pay is deployed straight back into live ad spend on your own campaigns. Not overhead. Not retainer. Media.
The remainder funds what makes that spend work at Level 3 — the creative, the campaign management, the app, the notifications, and the tracking that catches everything the ads bring in.
After the launch period this reinvestment drops to 28%. A contract signed now holds 45% for its full term.
WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns. Nothing paid up front, ever.
Transform opens the WOW Offers platform to you, and with it a second kind of campaign that costs you nothing to run. A very short video, placed where buyers are already looking. We deliver the leads. We are paid only when a sale closes.
Five to ten seconds. One offer. No invoice.
A sub-campaign is deliberately small. One offer, one clear frame, short enough to be watched by accident and specific enough to act on. It goes onto the WOW Offers platform alongside your main quarter, and it works the room while your campaigns are running.
Nothing else attaches to it. No retainer, no media invoice, no service bundle. We supply the leads and take a commission on closed sales — and only on closed sales. If nothing closes, it has cost you nothing.
You give us a five to ten second video
One offer, stated plainly. We can produce it as part of your quarter, or you can hand us something you already have.
It goes live on the WOW Offers platform
In front of an audience that arrived on the platform looking for exactly this kind of offer.
We deliver the leads — and only the leads
A sub-campaign does one job. Everything else you receive comes from your main contract, not from this.
You pay a commission when a sale closes
Not before. The commission is agreed in writing at the start, so you always know what a closed sale costs you.
Read this part carefully
Sub-campaigns are locked behind a live main contract. They are never sold on their own and they are not a way to begin with WOW — commission-only as an entry route was tested in the market and it does not work, so we do not offer it. Sitting on top of a running Level 3 quarter, it is pure upside.
Three campaigns a quarter, on terms you get to hold.
Every level is sold by the quarter, and one quarter is three campaigns. Contracts run three, six, nine or twelve months, and the longer you commit the lower the rate. Sign during the launch period and the terms you sign are the terms you keep for the whole length of the contract.
We agree the quarter before anything is shot
Three campaigns planned as one sequence, not three unrelated pushes. You know what runs and when, up front.
Creative is produced and approved in real time
Assets land in Frame.io. You comment on the frame and approve in minutes, so nothing sits waiting for a reply.
Campaigns go live, and your app carries them too
The ads run on the platforms. The same campaign lands inside your own app, with a push notification behind it that costs nothing to send.
Leads arrive tracked end to end
Source, qualification and revenue recorded against every lead, visible in the dashboards all quarter long.
The quarter is reported, then the next one starts sharper
The Lead Evolution report says what changed, what it cost and what to do next. Nothing resets to zero.

The honest reason to move now
There is no countdown on this page and we will not invent one. What is true is this: when the launch period closes, every level rises 40%, ad reinvestment falls from 45% to 28%, the twelve-month reduction drops from 20% to 15%, and the performance commission floors go up. A contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length. That is the whole argument, and it is enough.
Questions people ask before they sign
What exactly is the PWA, in plain English?
A progressive web app — your own branded app, installed from a link rather than an app store. It carries your campaigns, your offers and your enquiry journey, and it sits on the customer's home screen like any other app. No download queue, no approval process, no store taking a cut.
Do I still run ads at Level 3?
Yes, and you should. Advertising is how new people find you in the first place. The app is how you keep reaching them afterwards without paying for the privilege a second time. 45% of your fee is deployed as media spend during the launch period precisely because the two work together.
What is a quarter, exactly?
Three campaigns. Every level is sold by the quarter, and contracts run three, six, nine or twelve months. A twelve-month contract is twelve campaigns, planned as four connected quarters rather than twelve separate jobs.
Can I buy Transform from the shop?
No. Level contracts are prepared as a written proposal after a conversation — never through a cart. The self-serve product is the single campaign, and that does live in the shop. Many clients run both: a quarter as the engine, and single campaigns on top of it for a festival or a launch.
Is a WOW Offers sub-campaign available on its own?
No. It is locked behind a live main contract and it is not an entry route. Commission-only as a way to start was tested in the market and it does not work, so we do not sell it that way. Added to a running quarter, it costs nothing up front and we earn only on closed sales.
What if I want more than three campaigns in a quarter?
Add them. Extra activations and single campaigns sit on top of any contract without disturbing it — a festival push, a launch, an extra set of invites. They are listed on the extra activations page with their prices.
Rates shown are per month in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Launch terms apply to contracts signed during the launch period and are held for the full length of that contract. Performance commission floors are agreed in writing before signature and vary by sector.
One level below it, one level above it.
Transform is the ownership level. If the compounding system underneath it is not built yet, Growth is the honest place to start. If ownership is already working and the constraint is now scale, Enterprise is the next move — and it is a genuine step, not a bigger invoice.
Growth
Enterprise
You cannot control the rent. You can stop being a tenant.
Transform is ₹60,000 a month at launch rates — three campaigns a quarter, your own app, your own notifications, and an audience that stays yours between campaigns. After the launch period it is ₹84,000 and ad reinvestment falls from 45% to 28%. A contract signed today holds today's terms for its full length.
