← Back to home Commercial terms · Commission

Two kinds of commission. We keep them apart.

One is a performance share on the business your campaigns close, charged alongside your monthly level fee. The other is WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns — the single product we run on commission alone, and it only opens once you already hold a contract. This page states both plainly, including the one thing we do not offer.

Two different things wear the same word.

Most agencies leave commission vague on purpose, because vagueness is easier to sell and harder to argue with later. We would rather you knew exactly what is charged, when it is charged, and what it is charged on — before you sign anything. There are two commission models here, plus one route we deliberately do not run.

01

Performance commission

A percentage on the business your campaigns actually close, charged in addition to your monthly level fee. Every level contract carries one.

02

WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns

The one product we run on commission alone. Nothing up front, nothing else attached — and it unlocks only for businesses already on a main contract.

03

The route we do not run

No upfront fee, commission only, as a way to begin. We tested it in the market. It does not work, and we no longer offer it to anyone.

Part one

A share of what actually closes.

Your monthly fee buys the engine — the creative, the live media, the management and the tracking. Performance commission is the second half of the arrangement: a modest, sector-specific percentage of the revenue those campaigns bring you, charged only on sales that close — never on views, clicks or enquiries. It sits on top of the monthly fee, never instead of it.

The exact rate depends on your sector, because a banquet booking, a jewellery sale and a property completion are not the same transaction. We keep it deliberately modest — a share of the upside, not a tax on the relationship — and we would rather confirm the real number for your business in writing than print one figure that pretends to fit every category.

Your written proposal states the exact percentage that applies to your business before you sign anything, and once signed, that number is fixed for the full length of the contract.

  • Modest — a share of the upside, sized to your sector, never a heavy tax on your revenue.
  • Sector-specific — banquet halls, jewellery houses and property developments each carry their own rate, matched to how each actually sells.
  • Closed sales only — never charged on views, clicks or enquiries. Only on business you confirm as won.
  • Fixed once signed — a contract signed during launch holds its rate for its full length, whatever happens to new terms afterwards.
  • Written, not guessed — the exact percentage for your business is confirmed in your proposal before you sign anything.

Why we price it this way

Commission is alignment, not a hidden fee. We keep the rate modest and tie it only to sales you have confirmed as won — so our incentive matches yours: the more you close, the more we both earn. A number that moves with your wins is worth agreeing in writing, not guessing from a public table.

The same logic applies to the rest of your terms. Level fees and ad reinvestment move after the launch period, but a contract signed today holds today's terms for its full length — commission included.

Commission never stands alone. It sits inside a wider set of terms — the monthly fee, the duration discount and what each level includes — all confirmed in your written proposal. Compare all four levels side by side.

A share of the upside is fair. A share of nothing is not.

Commission is what we earn when your campaigns win. It sits on top of a contract that has already paid for professional creative, real media spend and daily management — because that is what makes the winning possible in the first place.

Part two

The one thing we run on commission alone.

WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns are the exception, and they are a genuine one. You pay nothing for them. We earn only if they close business for you.

A five to ten second video, placed where buyers are already looking.

A sub-campaign is a very short film — five to ten seconds — produced for one offer and placed on the WOW Offers platform. It runs alongside your main campaigns without competing with them.

What we deliver is leads. What we charge is a commission on the sales those leads close. Nothing else attaches to it: no fee, no retainer, no minimum, no separate management charge. If it produces nothing, it costs you nothing.

It exists because a contract holder should have upside that carries no additional risk. It is a benefit of being a client — not a product you can buy your way into.

wow-offers-sub-campaign
  • Nothing up front — no fee, no deposit, no minimum spend.
  • Commission only on closed sales — not on views, clicks or enquiries.
  • Leads only — no other service attaches to a sub-campaign.
  • Contract holders only — it unlocks behind an existing main contract.
  • Never sold standalone — and never a way to start with us.
  • Visible like everything else — every lead lands in your dashboards.

How to reach the WOW Offers platform

Platform access is included from Level 3 Transform at ₹60,000 per month, alongside your own WOW Campaigns app, push notifications and real-time approvals. Clients on Foundation or Growth can add it as an extra activation at ₹5,000 per month.

The straight answer

There is no commission-only way to start with us.

You will have been offered it elsewhere: pay nothing, we take a cut of what we bring you. It sounds like the safest deal on the table. We ran it. It does not work, and we withdrew it rather than keep selling something we had already watched fail.

The reason is simple arithmetic. Campaigns need real media money behind them from day one, and creative that is worth putting money behind. With no fee there is no budget, so the work gets thin, the spend gets cautious, and both sides spend the quarter waiting for a result neither of them funded. The client loses a quarter. We lose the relationship. Nobody is protected by a deal that cannot perform.

So we say it here rather than in a meeting: a WOW engagement begins with a paid campaign or a paid contract. Commission is how we share in what that engine produces — it is never the thing that starts it.

What we will do instead

If you want to see the work before committing a quarter, buy a single campaign from ₹9,999 and judge it on its own merits. Or book a call and we will tell you honestly whether a contract is the right move for your year.

How it is counted

Commission is only ever charged on business the campaigns produced.

Not on your existing customers. Not on the walk-ins you would have had anyway. Not on the deals you sourced yourself. Only on leads the campaigns delivered, that you confirmed as won. The whole path is recorded, so neither of us has to rely on memory.

The lead arrives through a campaign

It is captured and time-stamped with its source. Lead source tracking is part of every level from Foundation upwards, so there is never a question about where an enquiry came from.

You qualify it

Lead qualification is built into the system, not bolted on afterwards. Enquiries that were never real business are filtered out before they can inflate anything.

You close it and record the value

Revenue tracking captures the value you confirm as won. You confirm it — we do not estimate it on your behalf.

Commission applies to that value alone

At the rate written into your proposal, on that confirmed amount, and on nothing else. A lead that never closed carries no commission at all.

Everything stays visible

Lead performance, source, qualification and revenue all sit in your dashboards. From Growth upwards you also receive a quarterly Lead Evolution report, so you can audit the number rather than trust it.

The precise definition of a closed sale, the commission rate for your business and the timing of settlement are all set out in writing in your proposal before you sign. Nothing on this page replaces that document — it explains how we think, so the document contains no surprises.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Is performance commission charged on top of the monthly fee, or instead of it?

On top. The monthly fee funds the engine — creative, live media, management, dashboards. Commission is a share of the revenue that engine produces. Both are stated separately in your proposal so you can see exactly what each one is for.

How is my commission rate decided?

By your sector and category — a banquet booking, a jewellery sale and a property completion are different transactions, so each carries its own modest rate. Your written proposal states the exact percentage that applies to your business, and once signed it does not move for the length of the contract.

Will my rate rise when the launch period ends?

No. Rates offered to new contracts move after the launch period, but a contract you sign during launch holds its terms — commission included — for its full length. That is the whole point of signing during launch.

Can I start on commission only, with no fee?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. That model was tested in the market and does not work for either side, so it is not on offer to anyone. If you want a low-commitment first step, buy a single campaign from ₹9,999 and judge the work before you commit a quarter.

Do WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns cost anything up front?

Nothing. You pay only a commission on sales they close. They are, however, locked behind an existing main contract — they are a benefit for clients, never a standalone product and never a way in.

How do I know a lead really came from a campaign?

Because every lead is captured with its source and time-stamped in your dashboard as it arrives. You qualify it, you confirm the closed value, and commission applies to that confirmed figure only. Business you sourced yourself never enters the calculation.

Which level gives me the WOW Offers platform?

Level 3 Transform at ₹60,000 per month includes it, together with your own WOW Campaigns app, push notifications and real-time Frame.io approvals. On Foundation or Growth you can add platform access as an extra activation at ₹5,000 per month.

Is commission charged on enquiries or on sales?

Sales. Not impressions, not clicks, not enquiries, not qualified leads — only business you have confirmed as won. Volume that never converted costs you nothing.

Ask for the number. You should never have to guess it.

Send us your sector and we will put your commission rate, your level fee and your contract length in writing before you decide anything. It is a modest, sector-specific percentage charged only on sales that close — and a contract signed during launch keeps its terms for its full length.
